Fort Indiantown Gap
Senate Builders constructed a newly renovated Engagement Skills Training Facility in Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville PA. Senate Builders worked with their partner Nucor to complete the facility. The large scale project was completed in 2012. Senate constructed a new 4,890 square foot Engagement Skills Training Facility for the PA Air National Guard. The facility consists of administrative support offices and two large open sectors of the building to facilitate training of military forces located throughout the world. The facility consists of a pre-engineered metal building design and includes a custom split-face cmu shell that encapsulates the entire structure. In addition, there are customized aluminum security windows complete with blast-proof glass, which are located at various locations of the building. The roof consists of a standing-seam metal roof system that is complimented with custom metal siding on the perimeter. There are new utilities added to the building that include a complete HVAC system with controls, and state-of-the-art electrical systems that support the facility as well as the new simulators.
